Workshop description : Inner peace starts from self-mastery and belief. These campus tours are meant to raise awareness and inspire students to design a path that is true to their authentic selves. It includes practical tips on the concepts of "creative motivation" and "guided imagination," which is centred around the universal values of active patience, perseverance, resilience, and team work. Modules range from wellness and fitness, to performance arts.

Art is a medium of healing and transformation. Creative industries serve as a powerful vehicle for people-to-people empowerment. They have been championed as non-violent weapons to win the global war against climate change, social ills and the financial collapse during the lockdown. Particularly in deprived and conflict-at-risk areas, the role of arts and culture must not be forgotten, whilst embedded with local values of solidarity, compassion, confidence and integrity.  Development agencies are encouraged to always implore a whole of systems approach in creating relevant and innovative communication methods and learning materials to reach the next generation.

Students will be taught the basic elements to a good photoshoot, including the use of fashion as an every day expression of personal identity, and even cultural and social activism.

4. Collective art mural making : Art is a collective medium of healing. With the use of paint and brushes, students and artists alike will come together with their pieces of peace on a blank wall that is visible to the community.
